AAI Cargo Logistics and Allied Services Company Limited (AAICLAS), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Airports Authority of India, has released the official notification for the recruitment of Security Screeners (Fresher). This recruitment is for a Fixed Term Engagement Contract (FTC) for a period of three years at various airport locations across India.

Salary and Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend during training, which will be converted to a consolidated remuneration upon successful certification.
- During Training: Rs. 15,000 per month (reduced to Rs. 10,000 if 1st attempt at certification fails).
- 1st Year: Rs. 30,000 per month
- 2nd Year: Rs. 32,000 per month
- 3rd Year: Rs. 34,000 per month
- Additional Benefits: PF Contribution, Medical Insurance (up to Rs. 10,000 p.a.), and various leaves (PL, HPL, CL, RH).
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification
- Graduation from a recognized University/Institution with a minimum of 60% marks (55% for SC/ST candidates).
- Ability to read/speak Hindi, English, or the local language.
Age Limit (as of 01-05-2026)
- General/EWS: Max 27 years
- OBC (NCL): Max 30 years
- SC/ST: Max 32 years
Selection Process
The selection will be conducted in the following stages:
- Shortlisting based on Graduation Marks (Higher percentage candidates called first).
- Online Interaction/Interview.
- Medical Fitness Test (Vision, Color Blindness, Hearing, and Physical Strength).
- Execution of a Surety Bond of Rs. 1,50,000 for the 3-year contract period.
