BEL Ghaziabad Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026: Apply Online for 38 Posts

Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), Ghaziabad Unit, a premier Navratna Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Defence, has released an official recruitment notification (No. 12930/64/HRD/GAD/02) for the engagement of 38 Diploma Apprentices. This recruitment is conducted under the Apprentices Act, 1961 (Amended), for a one-year training program across multiple engineering trades.

BEL Ghaziabad Diploma Apprentice Recruitment 2026 Overview

Interested and eligible Indian Nationals who have completed their engineering diploma can apply online through the National Apprenticeship Training Scheme (NATS) portal. The online registration process starts on 07 September 2026 and concludes on 25 September 2026.

Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must fulfill the following parameters to be considered eligible for the training program:

• Nationality: Only Indian nationals are eligible to apply.
• Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a three-year Diploma in the relevant engineering branch recognized by AICTE or the Government of India.
• Passing Window: Candidates must have completed their Diploma on or after 01 July 2023.
• Exclusions: Candidates who have already undergone, are currently undergoing, or have completed an apprenticeship program in any other organization are not eligible. Those possessing qualifications higher than a diploma (such as B.E. / B.Tech) will be disqualified.

Age Limit & Relaxations (as on 01.08.2026)

• Maximum Age: 21 years.
• Age Relaxation:
  • SC / ST Candidates: 5 Years
  • OBC Candidates: 3 Years
  • PwBD Candidates: 10 Years

Stipend and Facilities

Selected apprentices will receive a consolidated monthly stipend of Rs. 12,500/- as prescribed under the Apprentices Act. Regular canteen facilities will be provided to the candidates during the training period on a chargeable basis. No accommodation or transport allowance will be provided by BEL Ghaziabad.

Selection Process

The final selection is based entirely on academic performance and written examination merit:

• Written Test: Selection will be based on the merit list compiled from the marks obtained in the Written Test conducted by BEL Ghaziabad.
• Test Schedule: The written examination is tentatively scheduled to take place in the fourth week of October 2026 at BEL Ghaziabad.
• Information Dissemination: Eligible and shortlisted candidates will receive their call letters / admit cards via their registered email IDs. No physical admit card will be dispatched.
