Candidates must fulfill the following criteria to be considered for the GDMO position:
Preference will be accorded to candidates who are available to join immediately. Selection will be based on the outcome of the walk-in interview and a subsequent medical examination.
The selected Contract Medical Practitioner (GDMO) will receive a monthly remuneration of Rs. 95,000. For retired Railway doctors, the remuneration is also fixed at Rs. 95,000, provided that the total of the new remuneration and pension does not exceed the last pay drawn.
