Eligibility for HPCL Turnaround Consultant
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in the relevant department (Refinery Maintenance or Operations). Preference is given to those with hands-on experience in major refinery shutdowns/turnarounds.
- Age Limit: Applicants must not exceed 64 years of age as of 31 July 2026.
- General Conditions: A minimum cooling-off period of 2 months after retirement is mandatory. Candidates must have a clean disciplinary record (no major penalties during service and no minor penalties in the last 10 years).
Compensation and Benefits
The monthly remuneration will not exceed the last drawn basic salary plus Dearness Allowance (DA), adjusted for notional annuity payments. Additional benefits include reimbursement of conveyance and mobile expenses as per company guidelines. No other allowances are applicable.
