• Desirable: MBA or 2 years PG Diploma specializing in Finance.

2. Asset Development Specialist

• Essential Qualification: Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) in Civil, Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent with a minimum of 60% marks.
• Desirable: MBA / 2-year PG Diploma with Finance Specialization, or Master's in Construction Management / Master's in Construction Technology.
