Eligibility Criteria and Qualifications
Candidates must ensure they meet the following educational and skill requirements before attending the interview:
1. Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)
- Qualification: Must have passed 10th Standard (Matriculation).
2. Personal Assistant (PA)
- Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) or Graduation in any discipline.
- Skills: Shorthand speed of 80 wpm and Typing speed of 30 wpm.
- Technical: Working knowledge of MS Office.
- Desirable: Experience in Central or State Government offices.
3. Data Entry Operator (DEO)
- Qualification: 10+2 (Intermediate) or Graduation in any discipline.
- Skills: Typing speed of approximately 27 wpm (8000 key depressions per hour).
Salary and Compensation Structure
The selected candidates will receive monthly wages as per the rates prescribed by the GNCT of Delhi:
- MTS: Rs. 18,456/- per month.
- PA & DEO (Graduates): Rs. 24,356/- per month.
- PA & DEO (Non-Graduates): Rs. 22,411/- per month.
Selection Process and Registration Fee
The selection process involves two main stages:
