Educational Qualification:

• Hospitality Monitors:
  • Full-time B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration from a Central/State Institute of Hotel Management affiliated to NCHM&CT/UGC/AICTE/Government of India.
  • OR BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism.
  • OR B.Sc. Hotel Management and Catering Science from a government-recognized university.
  • OR MBA (Tourism and Hotel Management) from a government-recognized university.
• Tourism Monitors:
  • 3-year Bachelor’s degree in Tourism.
  • OR 3-year Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 1-year diploma in Travel & Tourism.
  • OR 3-year Bachelor’s degree in any stream with 2-year PG degree/diploma in Travel & Tourism.

Experience Requirement:

• Hospitality Monitors: Experience is required for higher age slabs (1 year for up to 30 years, 2 years for up to 35 years). No experience required for candidates up to 28 years.
• Tourism Monitors: Relevant post-qualification experience is required (minimum 1 year in tour operations or travel agency work).

Remuneration & Service Benefits
