The Joint Seat Allocation Authority (JoSAA) will release the Round 3 seat allotment results for the 2026 academic session on July 6, 2026, at 17:00 IST. Candidates participating in the counselling process for admission into IITs, NITs, IIITs, and GFTIs can access their status via the official portal.

Candidates allocated a seat must complete the mandatory reporting process by 8 July 2026. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the allotted seat.
Candidates allotted a seat for the first time must pay the Seat Acceptance Fee before the deadline.
