The Kerala State Poverty Eradication Mission (Kudumbashree), Thiruvananthapuram District Mission, has officially released a recruitment notification to fill up 15 vacancies for the posts of Integrated Farming Clusters (IFC) Anchor and Senior Community Resource Person (CRP). Eligibility Criteria

Candidates must ensure they fulfill the educational qualifications and experiential criteria specified below for each role:

1. IFC Anchor

• Primary Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Agriculture / Allied Sciences.
• Experience: Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in Extension and Marketing (experience-holders will be preferred).
• Alternative Criteria: In case qualified Agri-degree/diploma candidates are unavailable, graduates in other disciplines with a minimum of 2 years of verified experience in the agricultural sector will be considered.

2. Senior CRP

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of active experience working as Krishi Sakhi, Pashu Sakhi, or Agri CRP.
• Additional Preference: Preference will be accorded to candidates who have successfully completed formal CRP training.
