The Odisha Public Service Commission (OPSC) has released the official interview schedule for the post of Assistant Professor (Stage-I) in the subject of English, as per Advertisement No. 27 of 2023-2024. A total of 122 candidates have been shortlisted for this stage of the recruitment process based on OPSC Notice No. 4612/PSC.
The interviews will be conducted at the Office of the Commission, 19, Dr. P. K. Parija Road, Cuttack. Candidates are strictly advised to report at the venue two hours prior to their scheduled interview time. The sessions are organized as follows:

The interview is conducted for a total of 100 marks, divided across the following categories per OPSC Notice No. 1306/PSC:
The Pedagogical Skill test requires candidates to demonstrate a presentation on a topic of their choice for 8 to 10 minutes. A whiteboard will be provided at the venue.
Candidates must carry four sets of photocopies of the following documents to the interview board. Ensure that any personal identifiers like name or roll number are masked on these documents to maintain an identity-less process:

To ensure total transparency, the Interview Board allotment is conducted via a draw of lots in the presence of candidates. The draw takes place at 09:00 AM for the first sitting and 01:00 PM for the second sitting. Failure to be present during the draw may result in a board assignment by the commission. Candidates will be identified to the board solely by a randomly generated system code.
