Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualification: Master's Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed.) with at least 55% marks from a recognized university, or Ph.D./D.Litt./M.Phil./M.Litt with at least 50% marks in the Master's Degree. SC/ST candidates require a minimum of 50% marks in M.P.Ed.
- Language Proficiency: Must be able to speak, read, and write Odia and have passed M.E. School Examination with Odia as a language subject or equivalent.
- Age Limit: Candidates must be between 21 and 42 years of age as of the prescribed date. Age relaxation is applicable as per government rules.

Candidates belonging to categories other than SC/ST are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 700/- online through the OPSC payment portal.
Selection Process
