Vacancy Details & Placement

A total of 05 vacancies have been announced. Selected interns will be placed in the following District Central Cooperative Banks (DCCBs):

• Kancheepuram
• Madurai
• Nilgiris
• Thanjavur

Tenure: The internship is for a period of 1 year, which may be extended based on performance and bank requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Essential: MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing Management, Cooperative Management, Agri-Business Management, or Rural Development Management.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Computer Applications is mandatory.

Age Limit (as of Notification Date)

• Minimum Age: 21 Years
• Maximum Age: 30 Years

Stipend and Remuneration

Selected Cooperative Interns will receive a fixed consolidated remuneration of ₹25,000/- per month.

Selection Process

The selection is based on a weightage-based merit system followed by an interview. The marks weightage is distributed as follows:

• 10th Standard: 5% weightage
• Higher Secondary (12th): 15% weightage
• Graduation: 25% weightage
• Post Graduation (MBA/Equivalent): 40% weightage
• Additional Qualification (Cooperative Management): 5% weightage
• Computer Education: 5% weightage

Shortlisted candidates based on these criteria will be invited for a personal interview.

Roles and Responsibilities

Interns will be responsible for coordinating with Primary Agricultural Credit Societies (PACS), providing guidance on Ministry of Cooperation initiatives, assisting in computerization processes, and preparing weekly status reports for the bank management.
