Educational Qualifications by Post

  • Record Assistant: Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent from a recognized board.
  • Office Subordinate: SSC (10th Class) pass or equivalent qualification.
  • Sweeper / Sweeper (Medical): Must have passed 7th Class or possess the ability to read and write.
  • Scavenger / Scavenger (Medical): Must have passed 7th Class or possess the ability to read and write.
  • Cook / Dhobi / Barber: Must have passed 7th Class or have read/write ability along with demonstrated proficiency/skill in the respective trade.

Age Criteria & Relaxations

Age limit is calculated as on July 1, 2026.

  • Minimum Age: 18 years
  • Maximum Age (General/Unreserved): 42 years
  • Upper Age Relaxation: Up to 5 years relaxation for SC, ST, BC, and EWS candidates (Maximum age limit: 47 years).

General Disqualifications

Candidates will be rendered ineligible under the following circumstances:

  • Engaged in a bigamous marriage without statutory exemption.
  • Dismissed from Central or State Government services, local authorities, or public undertakings.
  • Convicted by a court of law for an offence involving moral turpitude.
  • Involvement in canvassing or bringing external political/administrative influence.

Remuneration & Service Benefits

All 37 outsourcing positions carry a consolidated monthly remuneration of Rs. 15,000/-.

  • Casual Leave: Entitled to 1 casual leave per month.
  • Maternity Leave: In accordance with G.O.Ms.No. 17, Finance (HR-I-Plg-Policy) Department, dated January 31, 2019, married women outsourcing employees are eligible for 180 days of paid maternity leave along with statutory EPF and ESI benefits.

Selection involves a multi-stage evaluation based on written tests, skill checks, and interviews totaling 100 marks. Shortlisting for the interview stage is conducted in a 1:5 ratio based on preliminary evaluation scores.
