To be eligible for engagement as a Guest Lecturer (COPA) at ITI Kondagaon, applicants must fulfill the following educational parameters:
Selected candidates will receive an honorarium of Rs. 140 per hour. The maximum monthly capping for the honorarium is Rs. 15,000 per month.
Selection will be purely merit-based. There will be no written exam or skill test. The merit list will be prepared based on marks scored in the required technical qualifications, with extra weightage for CTI/ATI certificate holders as per state government rules.
