Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants must verify their educational and experience credentials before drafting their applications:

• High-Performance Director: Master's in Sports (MSI / PhD / MBA) with at least 10 years of research/management experience; OR Eminent players who represented India in the Senior Category with at least 5 years of sports management experience; OR Coach who trained India-level players with 10 years of experience.
• Head Coach (Athletics): Diploma in Coaching from SAI / NS NIS or equivalent from a recognized university. Must have represented India in Olympics, World Cup, or World Championships, or possess a Certificate Course from National/International Federations, plus a minimum of 10 years of coaching experience.
• Physiologist: MBBS / Master’s in Medical Physiology / Human Physiology / Sports and Exercise Physiology with a minimum of 2 years of professional work experience with a National-level sports organization.
• Masseur: 10+2 qualification with a certified course in Massage Therapy, Sports Massage, or Masseur skill development from a recognized institution. A minimum of 2 years of active work experience as a Masseur/Masseuse is mandatory.
• Doctor / Sports Injury Management Team: MD or Post Graduate Diploma in Sports Medicine recognized by the erstwhile MCI / National Medical Commission, with at least 2 years of active research or clinical experience working with State or National athletes.

Age Limit Rules

The maximum age limit for all advertised posts under this recruitment is 65 years as of the reference date. No candidate exceeding this age threshold will be considered for contract allocation.

Selection Methodology

The selection process will follow a structured administrative review consisting of:
