Eligibility Criteria & Required Experience

Candidates must meet the following qualification and professional experience requirements:

1. Controller of Examinations

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point scale from a recognized university.
• Experience:
  • At least 15 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-11 and above OR 8 years of service in Academic Level-12 and above, including experience in educational administration.
  • OR Comparable experience in research establishments and/or other higher education institutions.
  • OR 15 years of administrative experience, with a minimum of 8 years served as Deputy Controller of Examinations or equivalent post in a University system.

2. Deputy Registrar

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent grade point scale.
• Experience:
  • At least 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above, along with experience in educational administration.
  • OR Comparable experience in research establishments/higher education institutions.
  • OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post.

3. Deputy Controller of Examinations

• Educational Qualification: Master’s Degree in any discipline with at least 55% marks or equivalent grade point scale.
• Experience:
  • At least 9 years of experience as Assistant Professor in Academic Level-10 and above, including experience in educational administration.
  • OR Comparable experience in research establishments/higher education institutions.
  • OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or equivalent administrative post.

Age Limit

The maximum age limit for all three administrative positions is 55 years as on January 1, 2026.
