The written exam will be conducted in two shifts: Shift 1 (10:00 AM to 12:00 PM; reporting at 8:00 AM) and Shift 2 (3:00 PM to 5:00 PM; reporting at 1:00 PM).

The 73 Naib Tehsildar vacancies are categorized based on two specific feeder cadres: the Clerical Service Cadre and the Patwari/Revenue Inspector Cadre.

1. Clerical Service Cadre (46 Posts)

Note: 1 vacancy is horizontally reserved for Persons with Locomotor Disability within the direct recruitment quota. A horizontal reservation of 35% is applicable for women candidates across all categories.

2. Patwari/Revenue Inspector Cadre (27 Posts)

Note: 35% horizontal reservation for women applies to each category. Unfilled women's quota vacancies will be filled by eligible male candidates of the respective category, as carry-forward is not applicable to horizontal women's reservation under this scheme.

Eligibility Criteria

• Service Requirement: Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of regular or officiating service in a clerical cadre, or as a Patwari / Revenue Inspector under the Revenue Mandal, Commissioner Land Records, Principal Revenue Commissioner, Divisional Commissioner, or Collector establishments (including sub-divisional and Tehsil offices under them).

Salary Structure

Selected candidates will be appointed as Naib Tehsildar in the Revenue Department at Pay Level-9 of the Madhya Pradesh Pay Revision Rules, 2017 pay matrix. The pay scale is ₹36,200 – ₹1,14,800 (corresponding to Grade Pay of ₹3,600 in the pre-revised structure), along with applicable Dearness Allowance and other state government benefits.
