Eligibility for MHI Consultant Posts
- Consultant (Young Professional): Candidates must hold a CA, ICWA, MBA (Finance), or a Post Graduate degree in Commerce. A minimum of one year post-qualification experience in Corporate Accounting, analysis of financial reports of CPSEs, familiarity with the Companies Act, and government accounting/budgeting is mandatory. Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
- Consultant (Retired Central Government Officer): Applicants must have retired as a Senior Accounts Officer or above from an organized Accounts Department of the Central Government, with proven experience in Accounts and Audit work.
Salary Structure
- Young Professional: Rs. 70,000 per month.
- Retired Officer: Remuneration will be determined as per Department of Expenditure OM No. 3-25/2020-E.III A dated 2020-12-09, calculating the last pay drawn minus the basic pension.
