Salary and Antarctic Allowances
The consolidated monthly contract wage is fixed at ₹60,909 for candidates visiting Antarctica for the first time. For personnel with prior Antarctic deployment experience under an NCPOR contract, the monthly wage is ₹81,212. Additional allowances of ₹1,500 per day during the summer and ₹2,000 per day during the winter are applicable.
