Eligibility Criteria
1. Language Proficiency
Candidates must be able to read, write, and speak Odia fluently and must possess one of the following qualifications:
- Passed Middle School Examination with Odia as a language subject.
- Passed HSC Exam or equivalent with Odia as the medium of examination.
- Passed Odia as a language subject in Class VII or above from a recognized educational institution.
2. Educational Qualification
- Junior Engineer (Civil): Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent from an institution recognized by the Odisha State Council of Technical Education & Vocational Training (SCTE&VT).
- Architectural Assistant: Diploma in Architectural Assistantship from a recognized technical institution.
- Cameraman / Photographer / Sound Recordist / Video Film Editor: Higher Secondary (+2) with a Diploma or Degree in Cinematography, Sound Recording, Video Editing, or Film Production from a recognized institute.
- Mechanic: Higher Secondary (+2) with a Diploma in Electronics.
- Junior Draughtsman (Civil) & Tracer: Matriculation along with National Trade Certificate (NTC) in Draughtsman Civil from an NCVT-affiliated institute, coupled with basic computer and AutoCAD skills.
3. Age Limit (as on 01-01-2025)
- Minimum Age: 21 Years
- Maximum Age: 42 Years
- Relaxations: 5 years for SEBC, SC, ST, and Women candidates; 10 years for PwD categories.
