Salary & Pay Scale Architecture
Selected candidates will receive competitive pay packages under the IDA pay scales, alongside standard central public sector allowances and benefits as applicable per organization policy:
- General Manager (GM): ₹1,00,000 – ₹2,60,000 per month
- Joint General Manager (JGM): ₹80,000 – ₹2,20,000 per month
- Deputy General Manager (DGM): ₹70,000 – ₹2,00,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- GM (Team Leader / Metro Works): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/Institution.
- JGM (Geotechnical Expert / Metro Works): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering AND a Master's Degree in Geotechnical Engineering.
- DGM (Architect / Metro Works): Full-time Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized University/Institution.
