Eligibility and Qualifications
- Deputy Manager (IT): B.E./B.Tech (CS/IT/ECE) with 60% marks and 3 years of post-qualification experience.
- Assistant Manager (HR): MBA/PGDM in HR/PM & IR/MSW.
- Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com with CA/ICWA certification.
- Assistant Manager (MM): Engineering degree plus PG diploma in Materials/Supply Chain Management.
- Assistant Manager (IT): MCA or B.Tech (CS/IT).
- Assistant Manager (Safety): Engineering degree/diploma with Industrial Safety specialization and relevant experience.
Selection Procedure
Selection is based on an online examination (75% weightage) and an interview (25% weightage). The exam comprises 120 questions covering Professional Knowledge, General Awareness, English Language, Logical Reasoning, and Quantitative Aptitude. A penalty of 0.25 marks applies to incorrect answers.
