1. Educational Qualification

• Candidates must possess a Full-Time B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc Engineering (4 Years Course) degree from AICTE approved colleges/institutions or a recognized university.

BEL Senior Engineer Salary Structure 2026

Selected candidates for the Senior Engineer (E-III) post will be placed in the pay scale of ₹50,000 - 3% - ₹1,60,000. In addition to the basic pay, candidates will be entitled to various allowances and benefits as per BEL company rules, which include:
