Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must fulfill the following parameters to be eligible for selection:
- Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th (Intermediate) pass. Candidates with a Matriculation (10th) pass certificate along with a 2-year ITI course certificate or a 3-year Polytechnic Diploma are also eligible.
- Mandatory Certification: Applicants must hold a valid and active Aadhaar Operator/Supervisor Certificate issued by a UIDAI-authorized testing and certifying agency.
- Computer Literacy: Basic computer skills and operations knowledge are essential.
- Exclusion: Registered Village Level Entrepreneurs (VLEs) under CSC are ineligible to apply for these positions.

Hiring is based on certification validity and document verification. The primary selection steps are:
- Verification of Aadhaar Supervisor/Operator Certificate: Only candidates with valid certificates generated via the UIDAI testing portal are eligible.
- State Team Authorization: The respective state-level CSC team will verify and approve the candidate's profile request.
- LMS Certification: Authorized candidates must complete the Aadhaar LMS (Learning Management System) Certification after credential approval.
