Eligibility Criteria
To be eligible for the Junior Research Fellowship at DMSRDE, applicants must satisfy one of the following educational requirements:
- Post Graduate Degree: Basic Sciences in first division with NET qualification.
- B.E./B.Tech: Professional course in a relevant discipline in first division with NET/GATE qualification.
- M.E./M.Tech: Professional course in a relevant discipline in first division at both Graduate and Post Graduate levels.
Age Limit and Relaxations
- Maximum Age: 28 years (as on the date of interview).
- Age Relaxation:
- 5 years for SC/ST candidates.
- 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) candidates.
Salary & Benefits
Selected candidates will receive a monthly stipend of Rs. 37,000. Additional benefits such as HRA and medical facilities may be applicable as per DRDO rules governing research fellowships.
Selection Process
The selection will be based strictly on performance in the Walk-in Interview. No written examination will be conducted for this post.
