• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Sciences with M.Ed. (specialization in Curriculum and/or Evaluation) OR Master's degree in Child Psychology/ Child Development/ Education with a Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate in Teacher Education OR Ph.D. in a relevant field.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a school or Teacher Education Institute (TEI).
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of English/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Hindi and computer literacy.

2. Lecturer (District Resource Unit For Adult Education/ Non-Formal Education (DRU For AE/ NFE))

• Educational Qualification: Master's degree in Humanities/ Social Sciences/ Sciences with PG/ Degree/ Diploma in Adult Education/ NFE or Social Work/ MSW or Community Development or Rural Development or Women's Studies or Communication or Journalism OR a Degree in Teacher Education with specialization in AE/ NFE.
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in extension or management of Adult Education/ Non-Formal Education (AE/ NFE) programmes.
• Other Requirements: Knowledge of English/ Gujarati/ Marathi/ Hindi and computer literacy.

Salary Structure

Selected candidates for all Lecturer posts will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 45,000/- per month.
