The Directorate of Medical Education (DME), Madhya Pradesh has announced the MP NEET UG 2026 Round 2 Seat Allotment Result for state combined MBBS and BDS counselling. Candidates who successfully completed their choice filling and locking process can now check their provisional seat allocation status on the official portal.

- Choice Filling and Locking Deadline: September 9, 2026
- Round 2 Seat Allotment Result Date: September 11, 2026
- Physical Document Verification & Reporting at Allotted College: September 12 to September 18, 2026 (by 6:00 PM)
- Mop-Up Round Upgradation Option Window: September 12 to September 18, 2026 (up to 11:59 PM)
How to Check MP NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment Result
Follow these steps to download the provisional seat allotment letter from the official portal:
- Visit the official Madhya Pradesh State NEET Counselling website at dme.mponline.gov.in.
- Navigate to the homepage and select the "Undergraduate Counselling (NEET UG)" section.
- Click on the link designated for "Round 2 Seat Allotment Result 2026".
- Log in using your NEET UG Roll Number, Password, and Captcha code.
- View your allotment status and download the provisional seat allotment letter for reporting.
Documents Required for Physical Reporting
Candidates allotted a seat in Round 2 must report to their designated medical or dental college between September 12 and September 18, 2026, with the following original documents and self-attested photocopies:
- NEET UG 2026 Scorecard and Admit Card
- MP NEET UG Provisional Seat Allotment Letter
- Class 10th Marksheet and Certificate (Date of Birth Proof)
- Class 12th Marksheet and Pass Certificate
- Domicile Certificate of Madhya Pradesh (if applicable)
- Caste / Category Certificate (if claiming reservation)
- Valid Photo ID Proof (Aadhaar Card, Voter ID, PAN Card, etc.)
- Recent Passport-Size Photographs
