Eligibility and Qualifications

Candidates must meet the following criteria determined as of 27 July 2026:

• Medical Candidates: A recognized medical degree under the Indian Medical Council Act, 1956, and a postgraduate degree (MD/MS/DNB) in the respective specialty.
• Non-Medical Candidates: A Master’s degree and a Doctorate degree in the concerned subject.
• Experience: Candidates must possess at least 4 years of teaching experience as an Associate Professor or 3 years of experience as an Associate Professor with at least 4 research publications in indexed journals.
• Age Limit: The maximum age is 50 years. Relaxation applies to SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), and PwBD candidates as per Government of India norms.

Compensation and Benefits

Selected candidates will be placed in Pay Level-13 (Rs. 1,23,100 – Rs. 2,15,900) per month, plus Non-Practising Allowance (NPA), DA, and HRA as per central government rules.
