Remuneration and Tenure

Eligibility Criteria
Research Associate (a & b)
- Qualification: PhD in Physics, ECE, or Material Science.
- Essential Skills: Experience in semiconductor device fabrication and measurement.
- Desirable: Proficiency in Silvaco Simulation or fabrication of III-V/compound semiconductor photodetectors, SPADs, or Quantum Photon Emission research.
Senior Research Fellow (SRF)
- Qualification: 4-year Bachelor's degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics, OR Master's Degree in Physical Sciences or Electronics, OR Bachelor's in Engineering/Technology.
- Requirements: 2 years of R&D experience and a valid qualification in a National Level Exam (NET/GATE).
