The Indian Statistical Institute (ISI), Kolkata, has announced a walk-in interview for two Project Linked Research Scientist positions (Category A and Category B). These roles are associated with an ICMR-funded project titled 'Response to 5-aza-2'-deoxycytidine (decitabine) therapy in activating fetal haemoglobin (HbF) among HbE/β-thalassemia patients: development of a machine learning based predictive model' within the Human Genetics Unit. Appointments are strictly contractual and temporary, valid until 10 January 2027, with potential performance-based extensions.
