Vacancy Details
Eligibility Criteria for MPMRCL GM and AGM Posts
Candidates must possess a B.E. or B.Tech degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized university. Significant experience in Metro, Railways, RRTS, or High-Speed Railway infrastructure is required.
- General Manager (E-8): Requires 21 years of post-qualification experience. Applicants must currently hold a senior position in a government organization or PSU (Level 14 or equivalent).
- Additional General Manager (E-7): Requires 18 years of post-qualification experience, including 7 years in the relevant domain.
Age Limits by Appointment Mode
- Deputation: Maximum 58 to 60 years, depending on the retirement rules of the parent organization.
- Contract: Maximum 57 years.
- Re-employment: Minimum 55 years, maximum 63 years.
Selection Process and Documentation
The selection process consists of shortlisting based on relevant metro project experience, seniority, and performance history, followed by an interview. Candidates must submit self-certified copies of:
