Overview of NEIAH Shillong Recruitment 2026
The North Eastern Institute of Ayurveda & Homoeopathy (NEIAH), Shillong, an autonomous body under the Ministry of Ayush, Government of India, has released a recruitment notification for various Teaching and Non-Teaching positions. Appointments will be made primarily on a deputation basis, failing which direct recruitment will be initiated. Candidates meeting the specified academic and professional criteria are invited to apply via the prescribed offline format.
Vacancy Details
Eligibility for NEIAH Shillong Positions
- Professor: Post Graduate degree in the concerned subject with 13 years of teaching/research experience, including at least 2 years at Level-12. Candidates must possess at least 5 research publications and a valid NTET certificate/Teacher’s Code.
- Associate Professor: Post Graduate degree in the concerned subject with 9 years of combined experience, including at least 3 years at Level-11. Candidates must possess at least 3 research publications and a valid NTET certificate/Teacher’s Code.
- Medical Specialists: Post Graduate degree in the relevant clinical specialty with at least 7 years of professional experience.
Desirable: A PhD in the respective discipline is preferred for all teaching faculty positions.
