Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

1. Dean

• Educational Qualification: BDS Degree from a recognized Indian University (or equivalent qualification) along with Post Graduate Qualification / Diplomate of National Board (DNB) in the respective subject.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience serving as a Professor in a recognized Dental Institution.
• Age Limit: Candidates must not be more than 58 years of age. This limit is relaxed for candidates already serving within the AMC Medical Education Trust.

2. Full-Time Cardiologist

• Educational Qualification: DM / DNB / Dr.NB in Cardiology from an institution approved by the Medical Council of India / National Medical Commission.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-qualification clinical experience in a Cardiology department.
• Age Limit: Maximum 70 years.

Salary and Pay Structure

• Dean: Governed by the 7th Pay Commission scale of Rs. 1,44,200 to Rs. 2,18,200 (equivalent to 6th Pay Commission Scale of Rs. 37,400–67,000 + Grade Pay Rs. 10,000) along with other admissible allowances.
• Cardiologist: Fixed monthly contractual salary of Rs. 4,00,000. This pay is negotiable based on the candidate's professional standing and clinical experience.

The selection process consists of two primary stages. No written CBT or pen-and-paper examination will be administered:

1. Scrutiny & Merit Listing: Candidates will be shortlisted based on their academic credentials and length of relevant professional experience.
