Mandatory Online Document Upload Process
Candidates whose roll numbers feature in the provisional selection list must log in to the official APSSB application portal to upload scanned copies of their original documents. This link remains active from 8th September 2026 (03:00 PM) to 14th September 2026 (03:00 PM). Failure to upload documents within this window will lead to cancellation of candidature.
Batch-wise Physical Reporting Timings
On 16th September 2026, physical document verification will be structured in four batches. Candidates must strictly adhere to their allocated session timings:
- Batch 1 Reporting Time: 09:30 AM
- Batch 2 Reporting Time: 10:30 AM
- Batch 3 Reporting Time: 11:30 AM
- Batch 4 Reporting Time: 01:30 PM
Note: No individual requests for changes to the allocated batch schedule or date will be entertained by the board under any circumstances.
Required Documents Checklist
Candidates must carry both original documents and one set of self-attested photocopies to the verification venue:
- Printed copy of the submitted online application form.
- Class 10th / Matriculation certificate as age proof.
- Graduation degree certificate and marksheets of all years/semesters.
- APST Certificate / Permanent Resident Certificate (PRC) if claiming reservation.
- Category/Caste Certificate (where applicable).
- Recent passport-size photographs.
- Valid Government Photo Identity Proof (Aadhaar, Voter ID, or PAN Card).
Eligible candidates must visit apssb.nic.in, log in to the portal between 8th September (03:00 PM) and 14th September 2026 (03:00 PM), upload scanned copies of all essential documents, and report physically for verification on 16th September 2026 according to their scheduled batch.
