The selection process for Specialist Officers will primarily involve the following stages:

Important Note: Sections 1, 2, and 3 are qualifying in nature, and their marks will not be considered for the final merit list. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect answer. The minimum qualifying marks for the Personal Interview (PI) are 60% for General & EWS categories and 55% for reserved categories.
Probation Period & Service Bond
- Selected candidates will undergo a probation period of 12 months (1 year) of active service.
- JMG/S-I Officers (Wealth Executive): Must serve for a minimum of 3 years. If they leave earlier, they must pay an amount equal to three months' gross salary (not exceeding ₹2 Lakh).
- MMG/S-II Officers (Credit Analyst): Must serve for a minimum of 3 years. If they leave earlier, they must pay an amount equal to three months' gross salary (not exceeding ₹3 Lakh).
