Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must satisfy the following educational qualifications and professional experience standards:

Educational Qualifications

Candidates must qualify under one of the following educational tracks:

• Track 1: M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. degree with minimum 60% marks (or 7.5/10 CGPA) throughout the academic career starting from Class XII in Embedded Systems, Electronics & Communication, VLSI, IoT, Wireless Communication, Computer Science, or closely related disciplines. Candidates must also hold a B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. in relevant engineering branches.
• Track 2: Ph.D. in Embedded Systems, Electronics & Communication, VLSI, IoT, Wireless Communication, Computer Science, or related fields, supported by a relevant M.Tech / M.E. / M.Sc. and B.Tech / B.E. / B.Sc. degree.
• Desirable Qualification: A valid GATE scorecard is highly preferred.

Required Work Experience

• A minimum of six (6) years of research and development (R&D) experience in industrial or academic institutions, science & technology organizations, or scientific services.
