CSIR AMPRI Recruitment 2026 Notification Overview
The Advanced Materials and Processes Research Institute (CSIR AMPRI), Bhopal has officially released a recruitment notification (Advt No. PROJ-06/2026) for temporary project-based vacancies. Applications are invited for the positions of Project Associate-I, Junior Research Fellow (JRF), and Project Research Scientist-I. Post-wise Eligibility Criteria
Project Associate-I (PAT-I)
- Post Code 01: B.E/B.Tech in Civil or Mechanical Engineering. Experience in Operation & Maintenance of RMC Plant, Concrete testing preferred.
- Post Code 02: B.E/B.Tech in Civil/Mechanical or M.Tech in Structural Engineering/Construction Technology. Experience in Mix Design of Geopolymeric Concrete preferred.
- Post Code 03: B.E/B.Tech in Mechanical, Materials, Metallurgical, Production, or Chemical Engineering. Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, etc.) is highly desirable.
- Post Code 04: M.Sc. in Chemistry/Physics OR B.Tech in Chemical, Polymer, or Rubber Technology. Experience in synthetic chemistry or ionizing radiation is preferred.
Junior Research Fellow (JRF)
- Post Code 05: M.Sc. in Chemistry or Physics with a valid NET/GATE qualification. Candidates with Computational Chemistry/Physics programming knowledge will be preferred.
Project Research Scientist-I
- Post Code 06: Post Graduate Degree in Chemistry, Nanotechnology, Biotechnology, or Material Sciences OR 4-year Bachelor's Degree in Engineering specialized in these fields. Experience in nanoparticle synthesis, electrochemistry, or biomaterials is preferred.
Age Limit & Relaxations
- Maximum Age Limit: 35 Years (as on the date of walk-in interview).
- Age Relaxations: SC/ST/PwBD/Women candidates get 5 years relaxation. OBC candidates get 3 years relaxation as per Government of India guidelines.

1. Visit the official online application portal at recttproject.ampri.res.in.
2. Fill in the online registration form with your personal, educational, and experience details.
3. Upload scanned copies of required certificates and submit the form online by 15 September 2026.
4. Take a printout of the submitted registration form.
5. Report to the CSIR AMPRI Bhopal campus with the printed application form and all original documents on the scheduled walk-in date (16, 17, or 18 September 2026 depending on the post code) at the designated time.
