The admission process involves multiple distinct electronic verification and selection stages:
1. Online Registration
Candidates need to log in to the official portal (pgcet-sche.aptonline.in/APPGCET) using their AP PGCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth to enter personal, communication, and educational qualification details.
2. Online Certificate Verification
After successful fee payment, candidate documents are verified online by designated helpline centers. Physical verification is required only for special categories (PH, CAP, NCC, Sports, Anglo-Indian).
3. Exercise of Web Options (Choice Filling)
Verified candidates must log in to select their preferred courses and colleges. It is recommended to enter multiple options in order of priority. Candidates can modify choices prior to the submission deadline. Unlocked preferences will be auto-locked by the system at the deadline.
