Bharat Electronics Limited (BEL), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking under the Ministry of Defence, Government of India, has released an official recruitment notification for the post of Deputy Engineer E-II on a Fixed Tenure Basis. A total of 14 vacancies are available at the Kochi unit. Interested and eligible candidates holding a full-time B.E./B.Tech degree in relevant engineering disciplines can submit their applications online through the official portal.
The total number of vacancies is distributed across three primary engineering disciplines on a Fixed Tenure Employment (FTE) basis for an initial period of 5 years, which is extendable by up to another 2 years based on performance and project requirements.

Selected candidates will be placed in the E-II Grade pay scale of Rs. 40,000 - 3% - Rs. 1,40,000. In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA), perquisites up to 35% of basic pay, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical facilities, group insurance, and Provident Fund contributions as per company guidelines.
