Educational Qualification

• Additional General Manager (Finance) / Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost and Works Accountant (ICWA) with relevant post-qualification experience in industrial financial management.
• Manager (Marketing): Degree in Agriculture or Graduate in Science/Engineering with a Post Graduate Degree or Diploma in Management/Marketing.
• Manager (HR & Administration): Post Graduate Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / MSW / MBA (HR) from a recognized university.
• Manager (Electrical Engineering): Degree in Electrical Engineering / Technology from a recognized university or institute.

Age Limit and Relaxations

The maximum age limit for Managerial positions is typically 45 years, and for Additional General Manager positions, it is 47 years as on the last date of application submission. Age relaxation is applicable for reserved categories (SC/ST/OBC/PwD/Ex-Servicemen) as per standard Government of India directives.

Selection Process
