The District Health Society, Odisha State Health & Family Welfare (OSH&FW), Kalahandi has announced recruitment notifications for the posts of Medical Officer (AYUSH - Homeopathy) under Mobile Health Units (MHU) and Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC) under NVBDCP. Salary Structure and Incentives
The selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration along with additional incentives as applicable to the KBK region:
- Medical Officer AYUSH (Homeopathy): Rs. 31,000/- per month + KBK Incentive of Rs. 4,000/- + Performance Incentive (up to 25%).
- Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC): Rs. 22,871/- per month + KBK Incentive of Rs. 800/- + Performance Incentive (up to 25%).
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications
- Medical Officer AYUSH (Homeopathy):
- Must possess a Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery (BHMS) degree from a recognized University/Institution.
- Successful completion of the compulsory rotating internship training.
- Valid registration from the Odisha State Council / Board of Homeopathic Medicine.
- Sentinel Site Malaria Technician-cum-Coordinator (SSMTC):
- Must be a Science Graduate in Biology, Bio-Chemistry, or Microbiology.
- In the absence of candidates with the above specialization, general Graduates with Science subjects in Class 11 and Class 12 will be considered.
- Preferential weightage will be given to candidates possessing one year of practical experience in medical or biological laboratories.
Age Limit (as of the specified date in the official guidelines)
- Minimum Age Limit: 21 years
- Maximum Age Limit (Medical Officer): 38 years
- Maximum Age Limit (Malaria Technician): 40 years
- Age Relaxation: Relaxations for reserved categories (SC, ST, SEBC, Women, and PwD) will be applied as per the Government of Odisha guidelines. Contractual employees of OSH&FW Society may receive age relaxation benefits up to a maximum limit of 55 years under specific terms.
