Eligibility Criteria
1. Assistant Professor (Business Administration)
- Educational Qualification: Candidates must hold a Master’s degree with at least 55% marks (or an equivalent grade in a point-scale wherever the grading system is followed) in Business Administration and allied subjects from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university.
- National Eligibility Test (NET): Candidates must have cleared the National Eligibility Test (NET) conducted by the UGC, or a similar test accredited by the UGC like SLET/SET.
- Exemption from NET: Candidates who have been awarded a Ph.D. degree in accordance with the UGC (Minimum Standards and Procedure for Award of M.Phil./Ph.D. Degree) Regulations, 2009 or 2016, and their subsequent amendments, are exempt from NET/SLET/SET.
- Foreign Degrees: Candidates who obtained their Ph.D. from a foreign university/institution with a ranking among the top 500 in the World University Ranking (by QS, THE, or ARWU) are also eligible.
2. Assistant Professor (Mathematics/ Statistics)
- Educational Qualification: Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in Mathematics/Statistics or allied disciplines from an Indian University or an accredited foreign institution.
- Eligibility Test: Cleared NET conducted by UGC, or SLET/SET. Exemption rules apply to candidates possessing a Ph.D. degree registered under the UGC guidelines of 2009 or 2016.
Salary Structure
Selected candidates will receive compensation under the 7th Central Pay Commission (CPC) guidelines:
- Academic Pay Level: Level 10
- Entry Pay: Rs. 57,700/- per month plus applicable allowances as per institute norms

Selection Methodology
The recruitment process does not involve any written examination. Selection will be made through:
- Shortlisting: Initial screening of online applications based on academic credentials, publication record, and eligibility criteria.
- Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be invited to appear for a personal interview. Dates and venue will be communicated individually via email.
