EdCIL KVS PMU Recruitment 2026 Notification Overview
EdCIL (India) Limited, a Mini Ratna Category-I Central Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Education, has issued Advertisement No. EdCIL/TSG/KVS/PMU/2026-01. Applications are invited from eligible Indian nationals for 13 technical positions on a contractual basis for the newly established Project Monitoring Unit (PMU) at Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan (KVS) Headquarters, New Delhi. The PMU is established to oversee infrastructure development, design, quality assurance, and web monitoring of KVS construction projects across India.

Eligibility Criteria: Educational Qualification & Experience
All educational qualifications and post-qualification work experience must be completed on or before the cut-off date of 31.07.2026 from recognized universities or boards.
1. Architect
- Qualification: Degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university and valid registration with the Council of Architecture (COA).
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in institutional or school building design, master planning, site layouts, and statutory approval processes.
2. Senior Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university or institute.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years of post-qualification experience in construction supervision, project management, and vetting of Detailed Project Reports (DPRs) and technical estimates. Government project experience is preferred.
3. Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: Minimum 7 years of post-qualification experience in building construction management and technical vetting of estimates.
4. Junior Engineer (Civil)
- Qualification: 2 or 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years for Diploma holders OR minimum 1 year for B.Tech degree holders in civil construction supervision, site measurements, and daily progress reporting.
5. AutoCAD/Revit Operator
- Qualification: 2 or 3-year Diploma in Civil Engineering / Architectural Assistantship, OR ITI Drafting Certificate with certified training in AutoCAD and Revit / 3D Max.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of practical experience in 2D working drawings, 3D architectural rendering, and Building Information Modeling (BIM).
6. Young Professional (Data Management & Web Monitoring)
- Qualification: B.Tech (Computer Science / IT), BCA, or B.Sc (IT) with analytical background in Statistics or Data Management.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in managing MIS portals, data analytics, dashboard monitoring, and technical report compilation using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Selection Process
Selection will be conducted through screening of submitted applications based on academic qualifications and relevant experience. Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview.
